On the night of the new moon, get clear on your intentions for the coming lunar cycle and write them down. Light your New Moon Intention candle and speak out loud your new moon intentions. Then, sit quietly with your candle, close your eyes and visualise all your new moon intentions coming true.

Feel as though the flame of your candle is lighting the way for your new moon intentions to find their way to you. Once you have finished, gently blow out your candle, imagining all your new moon dreams and wishes being released into the world.
